Greetings, I am looking to try and build my own akunoya and I have the description from Mr. Bryant's articles but I was looking for a picture if possible. Does anyone happen to have one or can point me in the appropriate direction? Thanks in advance.

Oohhh, another project! (Not.) Perhaps painting mon on the carport might suffice. How does this thing do in an intemperate climate? Would the flooring be, for example, boards or finished plywood supported by 2 x 4's? I like that the sides are raisable; that would be great for changing the opening to stay in the shade and for getting/staying out of --- a breeze. Thank you for sharing! Rizii

Doh, geez I didn't even notice the tent link in there. The car/boat canopy idea is great and cheap! That means more money could be used for the decorative stuffs and less on the actual structure.
Thanks for that!

Ahh, the carport idea was a cool one. Even Effingham suggested it on his website I even found a guy here locally that wants to sell one for $50 so that is dirt cheap. The cheaper the frame the more money I can dump into the canvas and paint.
