Man, that shipping from Canada killed me. Just ordered two combos (one tall boot and one pair of socks), one in black and one in white. Review when they get here!

Bumping this thread in honor of the Great Northern California Cold Snap of 2011. Those of you in places that get real winters, feel free to laugh, but snow was actually predicted for San Francisco on Friday.
I wore my ivory fleece tabi and geta to an event up near Sacramento yesterday where the daytime temps never made it out of the 40s and they continue to perform admirably.

I buy my tabi from Cool East Market, they have fantastic customer service. I love the CoolMax Tabi...unfortunately the manufacturer seems to have some issues with the seam on the inside of the toe coming apart. When I ran into this problem on several pairs, CEM was great at handling it and sent me replacements for the pairs that I had problems with.
