Okay, question. Ankle support for fighters... What would be good for this? Neoprene brace, sturdy boots? Something modified?
Help..

I think that the method of support is best chosen based on the reason for the support.
What is the reason you are considering ankle support? Preventative, previous injury, other?

Previous injury.. and an ongoing preventive measure. I dislocated my ankles when I was a kid.... the horse didn't like me and tossed me off... landed on my feet, but the ankles went, "I don't think so.." Now a days, if i put my foot down wrong, it'll pop and I'll hit the ground in pain. Which is another reason I stay in the secondary line, I don't run that well with ankles this bad. I can walk, I can fight, just dont ask me to run. It hasn't happened in a while, but I'm not willing ot take t hat chance. DianeT... who has taken the first name of Ume... which means Plum.

I agree. That looks like it would work well. I like the fact that it has steel in the sides.
