kajiya no Akaryu (i guess? red dragon the smith? is there a armorsmith?)
Im stuck useing online stuff to convert. I like the idea of being transplante dto japan as opposed to living ther. Once there i had to do something usefull, so i took up armor smithing (i am in real life, a apprentice now, yay!) and this represents my appearance and fierceness in battle, and my job.
Thanks for noticing me, and fo rany help.

Katchushi is pretty common for armorer. You'll notice it in the signatures or mottos of a couple of our posters. Akaryu isn't really a Japanese name. You can learn a lot about Japanese naming here: www.sengokudaimyo.com/miscellany/miscellany.htmlAnd you can play around with some random Japanese names here: rhinohide.cx/tousando/name/name.htmlIf you want a foreign name, look at your country of origin. If you want a Japanese nickname beyone just 'foreigner', you might look for something like 'stinky butt' or 'big nose'.

I like Yasaki.
Yasaki seems to be a fairly common surname and there is a Yasaki Inari Jinja which was built sometime before 1642 which uses the same kanji as the arrow/target kanji. 矢先
But I'm not a Japanese speaker and I'm not well versed in Japanese names.

Hi all. I'm another newbie with a name question. I've read the links provided, and I wonder about using a more modern name. I'm a happa myself and am thinking about mixing my mom's maiden name with my greatgrandmother's first name. I dunno... Does Hayasaka Chiyo work? Or maybe the other side and go with Tomoe?
My grandfather was the youngest son of a priestly family, and I'd like to honor that last name even though it's unusual.
Thanks

Been attempting the shakuhachi yuu with and without the adapter this year. Anybody playing it or similar? Would like to talk about beginner methods etc. Domo.
