There is much useful information in their Q&A section. Plus, I like their approach to keeping the nutritive, probiotic qualities that fermented pickled veggies have. Our recipes should work well in their pickler with a little tweaking.

Norie-hime, when I saw this I thought it would be ideal for you, given your limited kitchen space and the type of pickling you've been getting into.

Hmn, that does look interesting, especially the ones with the mason jars since I know where I can get those. Heh, given my new roommate wants to get into brewing, our poor kitchen is going to be more laboratory than anything else!
