Help me make this SCA Period

So it has come time to re-do my kit. My current kit still works, but as it was the first one I built 6 odd years ago, I figured it was time to up my game.

After pondering this over, I wanted to make a kit that I can both wear for SCA use, as well as cons, and other fun things.

Yes I am shameless... but Samurai Vader

I can use a Hatomune Do as the base (I am late Sengoku period), and plan on using an 8 plate Kabuto with a fitted face (for SCA purposes, I will have either a bargrill, or period Mempo).

What I am looking for is help with the shoulders, arms and legs. I have hidden armor, so going cosmetic for the most part is fine.
Any direction would be great in helping me make this as shameless and period as possible.
