A couple of things to consider when dealing with Lark. They carry stuff you might not be able to find elsewhere, which is very cool. They often have a range of a particular type of instrument going from cheap to expensive. It helps to have a clue what you want and what you're buying. That bargain instrument may be a bargain or it may simply be cheap. Sometimes a cheap instrument is ok to learn on, sometimes it makes learning more of a struggle. If at all possible, do some homework beforehand.
Ordering instruments over the net has the disadvantage of your being unable to try them out before buying. It's a really good idea to read their Terms and Conditions before you order. Lark requires you to notify them if you're going to return an item. Certain items are not returnable and special order items are charged a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the purchase price. Certainly, they're within their rights to do so, but if you order something and it's not what you thought it was going to be, you need to know what your rights are too.
