Hot would not be the adjective I would use for that part of New York State. ;->

Then again, real estate prices here in California are ludicrous....

cow-tipping...I am not sure how that stacks on the karma wheel... Somehow I have trouble picturing a stately, weathered timber tenshu with taiko towers and plastered stockade outer wall, the daimyo standing on the topmost veranda, armor clad, looking out onto the open ground around the estate...and seeing a bunch of giggly female samurai pushing over the livestock...
