Mmm... sushi...
I'm just wondering how the blogger keeps the sushi moist and the sort in the bento as rice tends to dry out quite easily...
Well, unless they're the sort that has time in the morning to cook rice and make rolls.

Mmm... sushi... I'm just wondering how the blogger keeps the sushi moist and the sort in the bento as rice tends to dry out quite easily... I've done the following with onigiri - get it into a zip lock or plastic container while it's still warm and throw it in the fridge - the resulting condensation keeps the rice moist, but not soggy.
