The wife and I went to see the exhibit on Saturday. I wrote a review of it for my blog - www.ee0r.com/blog/2009110901.htmlThe short form is that it's primarily an exhibit of blades, with some armor and other stuff. Plenty to interest everybody here, with good views of the armor, textiles, kabuto, scrolls, and screens, but mostly focusing on the two or three dozen bare blades and what makes them special. No photography allowed, unfortunately. The armor displays are very nice, allowing close up (through glass) 360 degree viewing for most. There's also an exhibit of Japanese Mandalas at the other end of the museum until the end of this month.
