Greetings from Solveig! Dover publishes a book called A History of Japanese Mathematics ISBN 0486434826
As I recall. Harvard University Press publishes a book about the history of Japapnese astronomy. As I recall, astronomy was in the same division of the university as was mathematics and calendric science.
