こんにちは
At the Lilies War in Calontir there is a Tailor's Tent that hand makes a set of clothing for the current reign on site, usually skin out with all the accessories. My apprentice sister is putting in a bid for next year's Tailor's Tent and she wants to do a Sengoku era Shogun set for the King and Queen. Between the two of us we have the outfit planned but what we are trying to find is undyed 18" or less linen, hemp, and/or silk to keep with the period correct choices.
So does anyone have any sources for narrow bolts of fabric?

So does anyone have any sources for narrow bolts of fabric? Kimono Flea Market Ichiroya ( www.ichiroya.com/) often has uncut bolts of fabric in appropriate widths, but it can be difficult to find exactly what you are looking for, given the flea market nature of the shop. Read the descriptions carefully. Ichiroya has proven themselves to be pretty trustworthy over many years, but the buyer still has to be careful. I usually buy modern-width fabric, cut it to panel width myself, and serge the cut edges to create false selvages.

I found Ichiroya and yes reading the description is important. Based on some other postings I made Ichiroya maybe the route to go.
Thank You
