So this is a bit of a language question. Say you are talking to paternal cousins who share a surname, how do you distinguish which one you are talking to? I know in Chinese if you are talking to siblings you can append a birth order honorific, but I don't know if this is done in Japanese and how it would work in the case of cousins. If anyone knows how this works I'd appreciate the help.
