one kote is now completely ready for assembly, i just need the thread and lacing. punching 15 more kawara for the haidate, painting them all black, glossing them, leafing the gold sun on each, and putting three or four more coats of psuedo-lacquer or gloss clear varnish will have them ready to be laced to the fabric, haidate then will be done. Do is preety much totally shaped and read to go, just a few holes for the lacing of the 5 sections together and for the suspention of the kusazuri. also it also has to be painted glossed leafed and reglossed that 3 or 4 times. i have no helm whatsoever. the sunate splints need to be punched painted and glossed then laced to the backing. the sode need to be painted glossed and laced. after this, im pretty much done with the main stuff. im then guna work on a kikko manchira, and finally*dramatic music* KABUTO!!!! im estimating month and a half-2 months for the finish of the do,sode, kote, sunate, kusazuri and haidate. then like two months for the manchira(ill be working nonstop summer) and go knows how long to learn to make and actually make the kabuto. WISH ME LUCK
