Update: I tore out all my hours of embroidery work. There was something missing from the design. It is the most critical design to all Japanese art: nature.
In its place..something new and inspired. Something natural.

It's been a while, and this kosode has served me well. I didn't ever get pictures of it finished but I did adjust the sleeves and round them out. I did -not- go on and embroider the kosode, because everything I attempted I was unhappy with and tore out.
I have a new one I am working on that is a white, black, and red theme - not the most period colors but it's what I like. I'm breaking the color rules, and know I am.
